Our Warranty
Absolutely. We want you to feel confident in your Glossy Fox purchase.
All Glossy Fox jewellery comes with a 12-month warranty from the original purchase date, covering manufacturing defects and faults that arise from the production of the piece.

What's covered?
Our 12-month warranty may cover issues such as:

Manufacturing defects

Faulty clasps or closures

Structural defects in the jewellery

Stones or decorative elements becoming detached due to a manufacturing fault

What's not covered?
The warranty does not generally cover damage or deterioration resulting from:

Normal wear and tear, including scratches and minor damage

Accidental breakage or impact

Misuse or improper handling

Improper storage or care
-
Prolonged exposure to water, chemicals, perfume, lotions or alcohol

Natural changes to plating or finish through normal wear

Lost or misplaced jewellery

Complimentary promotional or mystery gifts

How to make a Warranty Claim

In some cases, we may also request a short video to help us assess the issue, particularly for moving parts such as clasps or closures.
Once we receive your claim, we'll assess the issue and let you know the next steps. If the issue is found to be covered by our warranty, we'll provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with our warranty terms and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Please retain the affected item, as we may need it returned for assessment.

Our 12-month warranty is an additional benefit and does not limit or replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.​​
