Do you offer BIAB, Builder Gel, Overlays, Structure Manicure?

Yes! Whether you know it as Builder Gel, BIAB, or something else, all our Gel Services include builder gel as standard.​​

Do you offer Extensions?

Our passion and focus lies in caring for your natural nails, and thus, we DO NOT offer extension services. Should you wish to have extensions, we know of many talented artists on the Bellarine, and are happy to provide recommendations of who can assist you best with your request​​.

I Currently have product on my nails. Will you remove it as part of the service?

To have a removal included in your service, simply select it as an "Add-On" when booking your appointment.

Do you take walk-in clients?​

Glossy Fox is exclusively by appointment-only. This allows us to devote our full attention to your nails without distraction. Your nail health and beauty is our priority, and scheduling ensures every treatment is an unhurried, precise, and calm experience.

How long will my nails last?

To keep your nails looking flawless and strong, we recommend maintenance or removal every 3–4 weeks. This helps prevent lifting, breakages, or accidental snags.

If you need your nails removed for any reason, it’s best to book an appointment within this timeframe. If you can’t return to us, we advise visiting a qualified nail technician who will gently and safely remove your gel without rushing the process.

What if my nails lift or chip?

At Glossy Fox, we’re happy to repair any issues free of charge within 2 weeks of your original appointment. This includes nails that have lifted, chipped, broken, or lost gem stones. Please text us directly and send a photo of the nail, so we can schedule your repair promptly.

After 2 weeks, repairs are subject to a fee in line with our service menu. Repairs Services are only offered on Glossy Fox services.

Do you offer pedicures?

Glossy Fox is a manicure-only studio, allowing us to dedicate our full attention and care to creating beautiful, healthy hands and nails.

​Do you offer other services like Acrylics, SNS, or normal polish?

Glossy Fox is a specialist gel-only studio, offering Soft & Semi-Hard gel solutions, allowing us to tailor solutions ​specific to your individual needs.

Are you TPO and HEMA free?

Though not currently required in Australia, Glossy Fox prides itself on providing premium and safe solutions for it's clients. We already carry some HEMA free and TPO free gels. If you have concerns, or specific requirements, please contact us prior to your appointment. We are happy to remain transparent and answer any questions around this topic.
